• Security Deposit of Rs 15000 is payable at the villa at the time of Check-in, which is 100% refundable, if no damage is made.
• Music after 8 pm in exteriors is not allowed, However, you can play normal music inside the villa.
• While booking, share exact number of guests, every additional guest will be chargeable.
• No outside guests allowed without prior information.
• All illegal activities are prohibited.
• Outside food is prohibited, Bisleri water is not provided at the property.
• Kitchen access is not available.
• No stag groups are allowed.
• Late night parties are not allowed, the property does have speakers.
• Also smoking in the Villa is strictly prohibited due to the wooden make and the structure of the villa, If found guilty, management is liable to charge a penalty of 10,000/-.
• Spacious swimming pool with a jacuzzi and baby pool, If you reserve two units, you can enjoy exclusive access to this as your private pool; otherwise, it will be shared with other guests.

• In case of cancellation, a credit note can be availed and redeemed, subject to the rates and availability of the Villa.
• In case of a no-show, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

• 50% of the total booking amount to be paid at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid, 7 days before arrival.
• A Refundable Security Deposit is to be given to the Property Manager/Caretaker upon check-in via Cash, Bank Transfer, or UPI.
• The security deposit will be returned at the time of check-out, subject to no spillages, damages and/or breakages, etc, caused by one or more guests between check-in and check-out, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the total security deposit.
