• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-9 days post-cancellation request.
• Security Deposit Amount: 15,000.
• Security Deposit Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days after the property inspection; Your adherence to this timeline is appreciated.
• Noise & disturbances: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.

• 🐶Pet Security Deposit.
• • 1 Pet – ₹10,000 (Refundable).
• • 2 Pets – ₹15,000 (Refundable).
• Collected in addition to the standard security deposit.
• 🧼Pet Sanitation Fee (One-time, collected at check-in).
• • 1BHK – ₹1,000.
• • 2/3BHK – ₹2,000.
• • 4/5BHK+ – ₹3,000.
• • Prive Collection – ₹4,000.
• Kindly Note 🏊Pets are not allowed in the pool – A care charge of ₹10,000 will apply if this is overlooked.
• 🧹Clean-up is your responsibility – Please pick up after your pets.
• 🛠️Damages, if any, will be charged at actuals.

• Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits; Additional guests need prior approval.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay; Please report any incidents to the management promptly; Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
• Cleanliness: Please keep the villa clean, use the designated trash bins and avoid littering the property.
• Safety & security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving; We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities responsibly and adhere to any posted guidelines.
• Compliance: Follow local laws and regulations; Illegal activities will result in eviction and potential legal action.
• Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory; Kindly cooperate with our housekeeping team.
• Standard occupancy: 6 guests​.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (Additional charges apply for extra guests beyond standard occupancy).

• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation, a credit note can be availed and redeemed, subject to the rates and availability of the Villa.
• In case of a no-show, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

• 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
• A Refundable Security Deposit is to be given to the Property Manager/Caretaker upon check-in via Bank Transfer or UPI.
• The security deposit will be returned within 4-7 days, subject to no spillages, damages and/or breakages, etc, caused by one or more guests between check-in and check-out, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the total security deposit.
